CODE OF CONDUCT
At Penfield Youth Lacrosse, we believe in the importance of respect, integrity, and teamwork on and off the field. By joining our program, players, coaches, parents, and spectators commit to upholding a high standard of behavior that "Honors the Game."
OUR CORE VALUES
- Create a fun and positive atmosphere where every player feels valued.
- Focus on personal improvement, sportsmanship, and teamwork over "winning."
- Teach players to respect teammates, opponents, coaches, officials, and spectators.
- Prioritize player safety and well-being during all activities.
GUIDELINES FOR PARTICIPANTS:
- Coaches: Be positive role models and foster a supportive environment.
- Players: Show respect and good sportsmanship at all times.
- Parents/Spectators: Encourage players and maintain a respectful attitude toward officials and opponents.
ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
Verbal or physical confrontations with officials, coaches, or spectators will not be tolerated. Issues should be addressed through our Lacrosse Board, never during play.
